Kendriya vidyalaya sangathan is an organization which has a long history of cultural ties with the society. It displays Kaleidocopic Panorma of cultural programme and inculcates human values among the students by initiating different cultural and social events. More over they make the society aware of the great work of our leader Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru by celebrating their birthday as Bal-Diwas. Keeping these entire objectives in mind we celebrated Bal-Diwas programmes from 14-Nov-2010 to 16-Nov-2010 in our Vidyalaya at KV Sonpur.
On 14-nov-2010, the brisk and glittering sunlight welcome blooming buds from KV Hajipur. Mr A S Chaturvedi was the chief guest at this occasion. He paid homage to Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru by offering garland on his portrait. He lighted the lamps. The dazzling lights of the lamps, lighted Mr. A S Chaturvedi, sprit the message of peace, freedom and hope those ideas for which Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru fought for hole life. The beautiful flowers, decorated in the library hall, presented a glittering saga of beauty and sacrifice.
The programme was initiated by small kids of K V Sonpur by presenting a welcome song. After that Mr. S K Raju (PRT) delivered speech on Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru and threw light on his works and ideas. Then Mr. S K Jha I/C Principal, delivered a compact speech on Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru’s life and works. Our chief guest Mr. A S Chaturvedi addressed the gathering and told the students about the ideas for which Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru scarified his life on the utter our mother land India.
The speech was followed by cultural programme presented by small kids of our Vidyalaya KV Sonpur and KV Hajipur and their results are as follows:
